Welcome back for another workout with our Exercise Physiologists, Renee and Georgia! This fantastic Matwork Pilates class is beginner-friendly, but also suitable for all fitness levels.
To follow along at home, all you require is a towel/mat and a theraband (if you have one)!
The class focuses on mobilising through the upper back as well as strengthening your hips/gluteal muscles. These key areas are essential to assist with correcting your posture in sitting and standing positions. Strengthening our gluteal muscles is very important for everyday life and functional movements and is a great way to help any lower back, hip and/or knee pain.
