Our small-group clinical exercise classes are instructed by Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Georgia to allow for technique correction, close supervision and safe practice.
We will provide you with your own program with individually-tailored exercises targeted to your specific needs. In each class, we will use various equipment including reformers, Wunda chairs and free weights

Or those who want to learn more about their body and perform an exercise program tailored to their weaknesses and goals to achieve the best outcomes.
What is an Exercise Physiologist?
University qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities (ESSA).
Clinical Pilates during pregnancy may help to:
- reduce back and pelvic pain;
- boost mood and energy levels;
- sleep better;
- prevent excessive weight gain;
- reduce constipation, bloating and swelling;
- promote muscle tone, strength and endurance in preparation for labour.
As your pregnancy progresses, the changes in your body and possible symptoms may affect your ability to exercise or to performer particular exercises. Our Exercise Physiologist will adjust your program accordingly, to ensure you are exercising safely.
10 clinical classes – $300 (valid for 6 months)
Single clinical class – $35
Assessment & orientation (required) – $150

Attend a 1:1 assessment and orientation (2x 60 min appointments)
Discuss your goals, personal history, reason/s for attending and any injuries or conditions. You will receive your personalised exercise program based on your mobility and overall fitness. We will discuss your newly created program and technique, based on your movement patterns. Home-based exercises may be provided to further assist your progress in the clinical classes.
Book in your clinical classes
Let’s exercise! Follow your newly created exercise program during this one-hour class. Instructor Georgia will be ensuring you apply the correct techniques and also offer exercise regressions and progressions where necessary.
To ensure you are always exercising safely, we will request an update on your body and any changes at the beginning of each class.
Once you’ve completed your consultations, you can book into our clinical classes via the Mindbody app!
